This is the average time length for bodywork sessions. It allows time for detailed work on a few areas during a full-body session. It is also used as a maintenance session for athletes and gymgoers twice or more a month.
50 Mins Session
This is usually non-specific for a full body for maintenance. Or very focused on certain trouble areas. A quick fix for those issues that aren't too big and complicated.
110 Mins Session
This time length allows us plenty of time to work into the deeper tissues and get very detailed with the work. This session length will also typically include more stretching and off-table work.
